Comprehensive Data Monitoring
BTU is the only system in the industry that polls all refrigeration data ensuring complete visibility of the efficiency and operation capacity of the system. Our systems also include access for remote technical support for the refrigeration system. This allows our technicians access to optimize your system in real-time. Auto Unloading for Safety
BTU systems are equipped with auto unloading for many conditions that could affect the operation capability of the system but also the efficiency. If any of these parameters are exceeded, the system automatically unloads to correct the issue. For example, in high-ambient conditions, if pressures or temperatures rise, the system will unload just enough to maintain the optimal parameters until the ambient temperature drops.
Custom Electronic Expansion Valve
BTU utilizes the latest electronic expansion valve control technology, exclusive to our systems. Our custom controller ensures maximum evaporator efficiency, with valves opening to the precise amount for maximum efficiency, while maintaining the proper levels of temperature and pressure at the compressor.
Easy Troubleshooting
All relay outputs feature LED indicators for easy diagnostics, and all terminal blocks and wiring are clearly numbered to match the electrical schematics.
Intelligent Compressor Staging
In a two-compressor system, staging is coordinated to ensure equal runtime between compressors. As cooling demand increases beyond the capacity of one compressor, the second compressor is activated. Unlike other systems that cycle compressors on and off, our system ramps the lead compressor down from 100% to 50% while the lag compressor starts at 50%. This creates a smooth transition as both compressors increase in tandem to meet cooling demand. As demand decreases, the lag compressor shuts off, and the lead compressor ramps back up to 100%, ensuring continuous smooth operation.
Seamless Communication
Both compressors constantly communicate with each other, ensuring that if one experiences an issue, the other takes immediate control to maintain system performance.
