BTU Ventilation has engineered a custom Fresh Air Intake Door, specifically sized for each application to ensure optimal performance. Our doors feature insulated PVC panels with an HDPE frame, a secure double gasket seal, and built-in heat tracing to prevent freezing. Our doors are proudly crafted in-house, allowing us to easily retrofit fresh air intake doors of any size to meet your specific needs. This flexibility ensures that we can provide tailored solutions for any application.
BTU Ventilation offers three levels of Fresh Air Door Controllers—SCX, SDX, and RPX—each increasing in complexity and functionality to meet diverse storage needs. SCX is the most economical option, designed for basic systems, capable of opening and closing a single door with no advanced processing. SDX is a mid-level controller that operates two doors per card and can be linked with additional cards to stage and control multiple doors in larger storage systems. RPX is the most advanced option, capable of dynamically controlling an individual door based on outdoor conditions. The RPX can be linked with up to 8 doors in a system and offers flexible staging options for precise, customized airflow management.
